Front Desk Administrator

​The VIVA School is seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Administrator to join its staff. The Front Desk Administrator (FDA) is an attentive and organized individual that stabilizes the school's smooth delivery of programming. Serving as the front-line staff representative, the FDA is responsible for greeting all individuals, providing clear and supportive communication to students and families, ensuring adherence to school policies and protocols, supporting student development, and providing key assistance during school performances and events.
